Things I like about Prince Tech

Prince Tech is located in Hartford, CT and I am a junior; class of 2014. I love how Prince Tech has academics then shop. This is a challenge to me even though it gets stressful at times. I love to push myself and being able to achieve something feels so relieveing. In shop we have to learn new techqniques and we get tests like a regular teaching class. In this case I am in manufacturing and I build objects and design them. We learn about the tools and the steps in using certain machines. We also take tests for those and graded on our participation. In academics it is regular classes but not a lot of homework. That is one thing I would want this school to improve on. However, we do get various projects and essays to work on. Balancing those two different kind of work is exciting to me and I love the challenge I need to achieve everyday.
